It was a cold leaf bare day. Badgerkit had just opened his eyes. He went outside to explore. He was very hungry but, the fresh kill pile was empty. He found a pile of red berries at the edge of wind clan territory. He ate them all as quickly as he could just to hear his mother, scarletheart scream the most terrified scream he had ever heard.

"My kit has eaten deathberries!!"
