Cobaltfire looked up from where she was sitting and made her way over to the Tallrock. An apprentice ceremony was beginning and she smiled.

Wolftrot burst into camp with his mouth full of fresh-kill. He'd heard the summons from outside camp. He set down the prey on the pile and went over to sit by his sister.

Ashkit bounded outside, her heart racing. After the longest time, it was finally happening. She wondered anxiously who her mentor would be, but trusted her leader to give her the right one.
Finally, she settled down in front of the Tallrock, looking up at Falconstar.
