First of all, we need you to make a creation here using the template provided at the top.
Secondly, you need to be approved by a staff member.
Unfortunately, we have both slots for a ShadowClan medicine cat taken, so you'll have to wait. If you want to sign up for that, I recommend you wait for the position to open up and use the proper sign-up sheet to apply for it.
