Kit will be kits [For Windclan kits]

Despite it being Leafbare, the sun still shone reasonably well in the open plains which the Windclan camp was in. The wind was naturally freezing, but that was nothing tucking between two gorse bushes couldn't fix. Nettlekit may have been young, but knowing how to maximise the warmth of the sun was a life skill which she picked up fast.

She ached to see beyond the the sheltered camp that was the only thing she knew, and would know for another few moons. But knowing her mother would have chew her ears off if she did anything rash, so she sat curled up in the sun. Fur fluffed up to retain as much heat as possible.

But when she scent another familar kit near her, she quickly dove into the gorse bush that had sheltered her from the wind. And there she crouched down low, ready to tackle her unsuspecting victim.

OOC: May I join?

IC: Stormkit slowly walked by, his ears pricking when a sound came from behind him. He crouched down and sniffed the air. The scent of another Windclan cat swam up his nose. He whipped around, searching for the kit whom was probably watching him. He slowly walked toward the area where he had heard the sound. "Who's there?" He asked, carefully looking around, searching for a familiar pelt or face. Even though he knew that he wouldn't be harmed, he felt a little scared. Maybe because he couldn't see the other cat, or he was afraid that the other cat was going to scare him.

Nettlekit huffed quietly in disappointment when it wasn't Smokekit, but her hidden vantage point was too good to pass up. She wriggled in the gorse bushes, finding a good position to pounce on the kit, with every step Stormkit took closer, Nettlekit got ready. She had no intention of harming her fellow nursery mate, she just wanted to have some fun.

Her youthful, yet strong haunches got ready, ready to leap and tackle the kit. And off she went, flying at Stormkit with a triumphant mreow!

Stormkit screamed as something landed on his back. He fell to the ground and went limp, pretending to be dead or something incase the cat who attacked was trying to hurt him. What he didn't know was that it was just Nettlekit.

A loud mreow of amusement rippled through Nettlekit as she stood onto Stormkit. She headbutted him, when he laid there, unmoving in fear. She leaned over and licked his muzzle in a friendly swipe.

"It's just me, hare-brain."

Stormkit was relieved when he saw it was just Nettlekit. He had to get payback. He thre himself back, causing her to fall off of his back if she didn't have a better grip. Stormkit started laughing. "Hi Nettlekit."

Nettlekit just went with the flow, not expecting the sudden jerk up by Stormkit. She fell onto her side, but sprang back up to her feet, dusting her fur off with a shake. She batted him with her paw, claws sheathed as it was a friendly play fight she was after as she mreowed along with him in joy and amusement.

"Hi to you too, Stormkit."

Stormkit smiled, seeing that Nettlekit wanted to play fight. He crouched down, wriggling his tail back and forth, before pouncing onto her, trying to pin her down.

Nettlekit let Stormkit press her down, but used her position to scrabble her hindpaws against his belly when she realised she hadn't the strength to kick him off. She mreowed in frustration until she got into the right position to kick him off, and then lashed out with her hindpaws to push him off to the best of her abilities.

"Oof, move!"
