Mousekit scurried out of the nursery, looking around. This must be my apprentice ceremony! He sat down and groomed his fur quickly.

"Today we gather to make this kit an apprentice," Thrushstar started. "Mousekit, from this day until you receive your warrior name, you shall be known as Mousepaw. Your mentor will be Bearmask. May she teach you everything that she knows." Once he was finished speaking, he leaped off of the rock and let the clan celebrate the new apprentice.
