Fallowkits Apprentice Ceremony

Spottedstar stretched and yawned, looking at the kit starting out of the nursery. Oh, that reminded her, time for their ceremony. Jumping atop the Highrock, she called the clan together.

Fallowkit peaked her head outside of the nursery, blinking at the gathering cats. Are they all going for my apprentice ceremony? she shrunk back into the nursery, feeling a bit nervous. What if she embarrassed herself in front of the entire clan? but this was her apprentice ceremony, she reminded herself she couldn't be a scared little kit now! she had to get ready to protect her clan at the cost of her life.

With a deep breath Fallowkit padded out the nursery, her small paws leading her towards Spottedstar as she approached the leader excitement bubbled inside of her, now that the realization actually had hit her. She had actually been excited to become an apprentice, she didn't even know why she was so nervous in the nursery she was finally going to learn how to help everyone in the clan!

The kit gave a glance at everyone who gathered, determination glinting in her blue eyes. She sat down towards the front, blue eyes looking directly at Spottedstar.

"Fallowkit, please step forward" she mewed, waiting for the kit to step forward. "Fallowkit, you have reached the age of 6 moons and are ready to begin your training. Until you have finished your training your name shall be Fallowpaw." she looked to her deputy and nodded. "Flameclaw, your deputy, shall be your mentor. You will learn well from her, and I hope you try your hardest to learn from her."
