Fawnkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Almost in a giddy way, Sunfur trotted out of the warrior den that he currently presided in and clawed onto the willow branch in which all ceremonies took place. Then he called out, loud and clear, "Let all cat's old enough to catch their own prey gather for a Clan meeting!"

FawnKit happily trotted out of the nursery. Happily looking around, she knew it was her day. Smiling she went to the front row. Gazing up at SunFur, she plastered a big fat smile.

Seeing the kit this was for come out of the nursery Sunfur spoke again, "Fawnkit, please step forward."

Fawnkit bounced over with an excited smile. "Okay!" She mewed softly.

Then Sunfur cleared his throat to clear a bit of hair then spoke the words, "Fawnkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Fawnpaw. Your mentor will be Honeywhisker. I hope she will pass down all she knows on to you."

Fawnpaw smiled. "Thank you." She said to SunFur, and looked for HoneyWhisker.
