Moonmist sat down outside the den. She wouldn't leave Blossompaw alone. Her family was apparently spread out through the Clans and she wouldn't take any risks.

"oh i dont know," he pulled out a deathberry and twirled the stem on his claw, its deadly red gleam that have lured many cats to there deaths spinning in a circle. he let go and it flew at blossoms face. "i thought you knew, being at our little family reunion and all."

Moonmist heard the scream and saw the deathberry. She pulled it out gently and set it aside. "What did you do!?" Moonmist growled, blocking the kit's way. "Where'd you get the deathberry!?"

"Mousebrain!" Moonmist yelled at the kit. "Deathberries can kill cats! Rosepaw, Windtooth, anyone! Go dispose of the berries and make sure they don't get in your mouth and if it gets on your paws, wash them very well in the river!" She threw the kit back to the Warriors to take care of Sleepykit while she pulled out the deathberry in Blossompaw's mouth. She quickly set yarrow by her. "Eat it!" she demanded.
