Badgerpaw, Jaypaw, and Sunpaw's Warrior Ceremonies

"Let all cats old enough to capture their own prey gather underneath Jaggedrock for a clan meeting!" Thrushstar called from the top of the rock. It was time for more ceremonies.

Coalkit bounded out of the nursery, "Is somecat leaving our den? Or a warrior?" He gasped at the thought he had to watch. Making his way through he clearing he seated himself and watched intently.

Jaypaw slipped out of the apprentice den, the young handsome tom looked like he hadn't been getting good sleep. Not caring of what he looked like he went straight to gather under the jaggedrock thinking that whatever this was wouldnt be to important. His long whiskers twitched as he glanced around, setteling down afterwards.

Sunpaw stretched luxuriously and rose from her spot in the light outside the camp. What was it now? She wondered, somewhat frustrated that she had to leave her well-deserved spot.

"Suppose it's someone's lucky day." She purred. Probably one of the dozens of kits. There seemed to be more and more of those mites every time she had the misfortune to pass by the nursery. Oh well, so long as none of them took her nest, either.

Badgerpaw silently stocked out from the shadows and sat down at the edge of camp. "What is it now?" He mumbled to himself.

OOC: what do you guys want their warrior names to be??

"Tonight we gather to make these three apprentices warriors," Thrushstar said with a powerful voice. "Jaypaw, Sunpaw, Badgerpaw, please step forward."

Scratchclaw padded into the clearing, looking exhausted, with a few pieces of prey hanging out of his jaws. He'd just gone hunting and a rabbit had almost escaped him. It'd taken a while before he caught it. He sat down and looked up at the noble cat standing on the Jaggedrock. Hey, Badgerpaw's going to become a warrior, isn't he?

Badgerpaw padded casually forward, like nothing special was going to happen. He kept his gaze on Thrushstar the whole time.

Sunpaw's ears perked up at the sound of her own name. So this was going to be an interesting meeting. My, good thing she hadn't followed her intuition that morning to sneak out for a little hunting practice. She slunk forward, holding her bright head high, eyes glittering in anticipation.

Badgerpaw soon noticed Scratchclaw pad into camp. What is he staring at? He wondered to himself as he shot an evil glance at the warrior, then turned back to Thrushstar.

Scratchclaw caught the glance that the apprentice shot him. He hissed. What's he got against me? Apprentices. The cat glanced at Badgerpaw, matching the look the black and white tom sent at him. He rolled his eyes and looked back at Thrushstar.

Although she was trying to focus on the evening at hand - the evening where her dreams and hard work would finally come to fruition, Sunpaw couldn't help but notice the series of looks passed between Badgerpaw and one of the warriors. "Smarten up! What's your problem, this is our day." She hissed underneath her breath, before straightening her shoulders and throwing her head back slightly, exaggerating her look to show him what he should have been doing.

Badgerpaw growled quietly so that only he and Sunpaw could hear. "Mind your own business," he hissed under his breath.

ShadowWhisper appeared at the clearing. She sat by Scratchclaw and said, "Hello." She then watched apprentices and Thrushstar.

Jaypaw stepped forward puffing his chest out, he was going to be made a warrior. His dark blue eyes slightly beamed looking at Thrushstar, Wondering why he thought that he was ready to be made a warrior already. The apprentice was pretty oblivious to what Sunpaw and Badgerpaw were doing, he was pretty proud of himself as well.He was the youngest apprentice with in them, clearly proving that they needed extra training while he didn't

the thought made Jaypaws whiskers twitch in ammusment to himself.
