His mother was a kittypet named Floe who often left her twolegs' yard to explore the small wooded areas nearby and nearby streets. She met up once with a tom rogue named Rio who often came to visit her at her twoleg nest after that, and things kinda went from there. Bam, Oak was born. Unfortunately her mother died of birth issues(she was pretty young) and the twolegs got mad from grief, capturing Oak's father and bringing him to the Pound, where he later was gassed because no one would adopt him. Obviously Oak doesn't know of this and was too young to know either of his parents, or that he ever had any. He's raised by Floe's twoleg owners as a kittypet for as long as he's been a kit.
