Silverkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Reedstar leapt onto the ancient willow tree that dominated the center of camp. "All cats old enough to swim gather to hear my words!" Another day, another apprentice. It was past time.

Amberheart, feeling pretty swag being the first poster, padded out and sat under the tree.

Silverkit ran excitedly out of the nursery and to where all of the RIverClan cats were gathering. it's time! she said to herself.

"Silverkit," Reedstar started, locking his murky green gaze on the kit below. "You have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Silverpaw. Your mentor will be Amberheart. I hope they will pass down all she knows on to you."

Silverpaw touched noses with her mentor. ((I dont actually remember if the apprentice is suppose to say anything :P))

Amberheart, not seeing she was a mentor earlier, (sorry!) stepped forward with shining eyes. My first apprentice! She thought, happily. She touched noses with Silverpaw and stepped back. "Thank you, Reedstar, I will do my best."
