"Really. Its fine." Lightkit said honestly.

Graykit didnt think she was saying the truth. He felt that he had to do something to make up for it. He couldt think of anything he could do without getting them in trouble.

Lightkit pushed him gently with her shoulder.

He smiled, at least he knew now that she wasn't mad. "Don't take this the wrong way, but to make it up to you, I'll devote my life to you."

Lightkit looked at him with curiosity. "What do you mean?" she asked.

"Well, I mean... Stuff like protecting you when you need it. Help you when you need someone to join your hunt when we're warriors, and anything else you would want help with." He said, trying to sound normal. He knew that this wasn't normal though.

Lightkit thought about it for a moment. "Okay!" she said excitedly.

"But, Our races come first! So don't think you can get out of them by using this against me." he said as a smile slowly formed on his face.

Lightkit huffed out a breath playfully "Alright."

"So, what do you want to do now?" I'm making too much promises. He thought. Actually, what did she want to do, he didn't think there was anything else. No, she always has something to do.

"I don't know." she said.

"Well why don't we just walk around until something happens?" There wasn't anything to do now, but knowing her she might suggest a race.

"Okay." she said.

Graykit started to walk forward, looking around for something that they could do. We already checked out the warriors den, What about the apprentice den? He quickly dismissed the thought, and looked back at Lightkit

(I'm going to tell Sleepy that Lightkit is ready to be an apprentice.)

Lightkit looked around, her swishing happily.
