Mistyriver padded into the nursery, "hello hawkkit! how would you like to see the medicine cat's den?" Mistyriver knew the young cats interest in wanting to be a Medicine cat.

"sure, follow me," she led her to the medicine cats den. "and this is it. these are all my herbs, and stuff- see, this is burdock root, used to heal rat bites. these are poppy seeds, and this is golden rod" she went on naming some her then comented, "sooo, what do you think?"

Hawkkit ran up to an unfamiliar herb. She sniffed it and hurled herself backwards. "What is that?!" She said in disgust. "It smells like a skunk made dung and died on the spot!" She ran to Mistyriver's side.
