Medicine Cat Meeting 12/09/2013

It was one of those rare leaf-bare nights where no clouds shrouded the sky. The half-moon floated high above, stars dotted around it. Silverpelt glowed across the sky like a large claw mark, glimmering with countless fallen ancestors. Multiple new stars had appeared, shinning brightly.

A blanket of beautiful white snow covered the ground, broken up here and there by a fox or rabbit's paw tracks. The great mothermouth yawned in the side of the cliff, pitch black inside. All was eerily silent.

Hailstorm felt a breeze brush across his fur, he shivered slightly. He sat down by the mothermouth and he waited. It was a bit odd he was the first to show up. But nevertheless he did leave early from out of camp.

Mallowroot padded up next to his apprentice, panting a little. He was getting old, he knew this, but he wouldn't except the fact it was hard for him to travel every half-moon, especially in leaf-bare. He sat next to Hailstorm and gave a puff of air as he twitched his tail impatiently.
"How long is it gonna take for the other medicine cats to get here?" he huffed.
