Goldenpaw's Death

Goldenpaw sat near the river, staring down at it. She sighed-- both Silvershade and Froststar had been too busy to train her. She didn't even know how to swim, let alone hunt or fight. Trying unsuccessfully over and over to try to catch a fish, she struck her paw out into the water and was knocked off-balance by her sudden movement, tumbling into the water. Streams of curses ran through her head as she unsuccessfully tried to get back to shore, getting swept further and further downstream, each attempt to surface getting harder and harder. "Help! Someone! Anyone!" she yowled over and over, her pleas of help unheard by anyone within range of helping. Don't go swimming without adult supervision, kids.

And that is the tale of how the neglected fourth character of May died. //shot
