I usually pride myself on being able to understand a damn word people are saying, usually with every word for plant matter being a synonym of weed and everything else might as well the drunken slurs of an unemployed leopard seal in between helpings of penguin, but that doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

"Let's get lost tonight." Kanye is implying a more romantic time with this unknown woman.
"You could be my black Kate Moss tonight." Kanye is comparing his woman to Kate Moss, a model of twigs. His woman being black and Moss being white, she is a black Kate Moss.
"Play secretary, I'm the boss tonight." Kanye is asking his girl to do a sultry roleplay involving the secretary (her) servicing her boss (him).
"And you don't give a XXXX what they all say, right?" Apparently some people are out there not approving of the girl's relationship with Kanye, and he's making sure that she doesn't agree with those people.

That's pretty much what it means.
