Icepaw's Warrior Ceremony

Flamestar leaped onto the Skyrock, examining skyclan. He looked at the warriors' den, suddenly feeling a bit protective. His apprentice, Icepaw, was quite close to him, and now he was becoming a warrior. He couldn't help the tiny feel of protection for him considering there was a stranger in there, even if Lionheart was only staying a while. Either way the stranger could be or not be dangerous. They didn't know. All Flamestar knew as that he was tired and they let him stay for a bit in camp.

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join here beneath the Skyrock for a clan meeting!" Flamestar yowled.

Kestrelpaw rushed out of the medicine den, sitting carefully where she always sat.

Icepaw popped out of his lonely den and sat beneath the Sky-rock.

"Icepaw, please step forward." Flamestar called, looking with a hint of pride at his apprentice. He smiled, hoping the ceremony would at least cheer him up a little. Of course, that wasn't the point of the ceremony: it was to make him a warrior considering he was more than ready.

Icepaw took a step forward.

"I Flamestar, leader of Skyclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down upon this apprentice. He has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him to you as a warrior in his turn."

"Icepaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and defend this clan, even at the cost of your life?"

Icepaw nodded. "I do."

ic: "Then by the powers of Starclan, I give you your warrior name. From this moment on, you shall be known as Icestream. Starclan honors your speed and agility, and we welcome you as a full warrior of Skyclan!" Flamestar announced, chin raised high.
