Reedpaw's First Border Patrol

After a while, she sighed through Reedpaw's furr in relief as her eyes caught on to the sight of her camp. She swam through the small stream surrounding it, cleansing her for a moment of dried blood and dirt, before stumbling to the shore. Finally, Froststar made it to the entrance to RiverClan camp, gently setting down Reedpaw, and promptly collapsed. She needed a medicine cat, and soon. "Help..." She called weakly, her voice raspy.
Even though she had just come back to life, that didn't make her injuries any less severe. Blood was still steadily trickling from where the badger dug it's claws into her plank, and her body still ached in pain. She looked around, waiting for someone to appear, blinking blood from her eyes as it seeped down.
Someone, please help. Now.

Morningpaw scented blood. A lot of it. She stepped out of the den, seeing Froststar and Reedpaw. Gasping, she ran forward, fear rising in her belly. She inspected them, finding many major wounds on them. Whirling around, she looked for a warrior. She needed help bringing them to the medicine den. She couldn't work on them in the middle of camp!

Greyheart scented blood from the den, leaping out she headed to the entrence in dismay "Froststar! Reedpaw!" she meowed with horror and picked up Froststar by her scruff and dragged the limp leader.

Morningpaw carefully picked up Reedpaw by the scruff and began to carry the apprentice back to the medicine den where she laid him down in a nest. Franctially, she tried to remember what it was she had been taught. She reached into her store, pulling out comfrey root, and a lot of it. She began to chew it, turning it into a poultice. She pushed a bit to Greyheart. "Help, please" she said.

"Alright" she meowed and chewed it into a more thourough polituce and placed it into Froststars wounds.

Morningpaw began to place some of the poultice onto Reedpaw's wounds,
nearly covering him. She grabbed some cobweb, placing it over the wounds
to suck up any blood and keep the poultice on. After Greyheart had
finished covering Froststar, she did the same.

(okay so I rolled a die to see if either of them would get infected and Froststar will but Reedpaw wont...)

Reedpaw let out a small groan of pain, the poulstice stinging at his wounds before they were covered up with cobwebs. He was completely unable to move, practically paralyzed. The apprentice opened his eyes and the world was blurry. In fact, he felt a bit dizzy and he closed his eyes again. It felt like his head was spinning.

Froststar winced as the poultice seeped into her wounds, before lifting her head up. Ignoring the ringing in her ears, she looked at Greyheart. "It was a badger. Greyheart, you should gather a patrol and make sure it isn't on RiverClan territory anymore. We were near Sunningrocks whenever we were attacked. It wandered off towards ThunderClan, but just be sure." She held her head high as she gave orders, but her voice was tired and her eyes lacked light.
