September 2012 Gathering

Leafstorm strode into the clearing, her apprentice following. She greeted her friends.

Silentfeather went over and asked Leafstorm "Where's Frogfoot? Have you seen him yet?"

( is everyone welcome to come? or were lists mailed out?)

Leafstorm looked upset. "He died." She said quietly.

OOC: That's ok, right?

"He's dead?... Who replaced him though? I just can't believe he just died." Silentfeather replied sorrowfully. She was pretty close friends with the medicine cat. She couldn't believe he just died. Silentfeather limped away and sat wherever the medicine cats sat.

ooc: Well we have small clans at the moment...Anyone from thunderclan who is old enough and wants to come is welcome to join.

Mintpaw padded in behind the deputy. This was her first gathering and all clans seemed to be here. The surrounding cats although lacked one certain scent, RiverClan. The fishy tang of their pelts didn't encase the clearing just yet. She looked around for other apprentices, then she saw a group of younger cats sitting towards the center of the clearing sharing-tongue like thy had known eachother their whole kithood, but she highy doubted it. Making her way over to the group she sar a couple pawlengths away just because she didn't want to intrude on their conversation.

Duststorm trailed Mintpaw and Raccoonheart, smiling slightly to himself. Here was a place he could discuss different battle tactics and patrol with other warriors. He approached Mosspelt, a tom he had met once at another Gathering.
"Hello," he mewed politely.

Silverwhisper sat at the edge of the clearing. He didn't know really anyone from other clans, and all his clanmates were busy with others.

Silvershade padded into the clearing behind the last of WC. Her face was grim, her eyes cold stones. "Sorry, I was saying a few last words to Frogfoot." she mumbled in Froststar's ear. She sat silently infront of the Greatrock, her head down.

All the clans seemed to be here. "Are we ready to begin?" He meowed, looking at the others.

Mosspelt looked at the leaders and waited for the Gathering to begin

Silentfeather looked up and waited.

Flamestar nodded. "If the other leads agree." he mewed.

"Oh, for StarClan's sake..." The gray tabby muttered under his breathe before yowling, "Let the gathering begin!" He leaped up to the front of the Great Rock. "ShadowClan will go first. Many of the kits we have been blessed with have become apprentices, and the promise of new warriors lie just around the corner. Prey has kept us well fed and our clan remains strong." With that he stepped back for the next turn.
