| "Well let's have no more of that or we'll have a problem here, won't we?" Hopeclaw swiftly jumped into the water. "Now for going underwater. Most cats don't like getting wet, but Riverclan can use the water to get food, water, and to use it in battle. I want you to find a deep spot in the water, like this..." she went over to a deeper part of the water. "...and go under for a bit!" | Nightpaw nodded towards Hopeclaw. He began walking farther out in the river until it started to deepen. He pushed off and let instinct take over when he popped up for air he was in the middle. | Smokepaw's frown somehow grew bigger.
It was a mystery how he was able to do that. Perhaps Smokepaw was a professional of some sorts at being negative. Or a wizard.
He slowly moved towards the deep spot of the pool of water. This wouldn't be enjoyable.
Smokepaw ducked his head under, pushing off of the ground and propelling himself towards the other end. He erupted from the surface loudly, sending droplets of water cascading down on his mentor and fellow apprentice. ______________________________________ ‹‹ former site administrator ››

| Smokepaw slipped out of the water and shook his fur much in the same way a dog would, further soaking any poor cat in the vicinity. Front Paw Strike. It sounded simple enough. Maybe even a little too simple. This got Smokepaw to thinking that Hopeclaw was undermining their intelligence.
