Derpin' in WindClan

Foxleap paced around a rock. I can't be having kits! She kept telling herself over and over, knowing that she was having kits in about a week and she had told no one.

Shiningheart bounded out of the warriors den. " hey Foxleap!" She greeted her best friend cheerfully.

Longpaw who had always seemed to be near her latley padded up "Hello, Foxleap, Shiningheart" he greated.

OOC: Is it ok if Longpaw already knows.

ooc: Sure, Grey.

IC: "Hi," Foxleap greeted back uncertaintly.

ooc: BTW, don't ask about the mate.

Ravenfeathers eyes rose to look at the three cats. Theres something going on with Foxleap.. she thought to herself, something familiar..

Foxleap saw Ravenfeather in the distance. She has kits! Maybe I can ask her if she thinks I'm having kits or not... She walked up. "Hi, Ravenfeather"

"Hello, Foxleap." Ravenfeather meowed softly, "How are you doing?"

"Err... Fine, I guess." Foxleap looked around nervously. "Can... I ask you something?" She asked worridly.

Her tail swished back and forth calmly. "What is it?" she questioned.

"Do you... Think I'm having... Kits?" She asked frantically.

Ravenfeather was quiet for a moment. Looking over Foxleaps body and her frantic eyes, she slowly nodded. "Yes, Foxleap. Your swollen belly, worried eyes. If you know the smell, you can even smell the pregnancy on you. I'm a queen. I know this."

Foxleap's clouded with worry. "But... I... I can't spend days in a nursery with mewling kits!"

Ravenfeather chuckled at this. "If I can survive in here, so can you. It's not that bad once you get used to it."

Foxleap looked at her. "But... What if the foxes come back? Or there's a bout of sickness and my Clan needs me?"

"Foxleap, take a breath." Ravenfeather told the worried cat. "You have the clan to protect you. You're not alone."
