Darkshadow and Sassykit

Darkshadow padded out through the bushes with Sassykit at her side.

Sassykit looked up at Darkshadow. "um..." She said quietly. She was too shy. ~I wanna be a apprentice!~ She thought every moment. She wondered where they were going..

"Follow me," Darkshadow meowed. "Do you know what this place is called?" She asked.

Sassykit heard the river lap at the bank. "The river!" She hopped happlily "Will i be a apprentice now?!" Her heart was beating as fast as a flap of a bird's wings.

"No, Sassykit, but If you be good then you will become an apprentice."

Sassykit's smile soon turned to sadness. "oh.." Her tail drooped. "okay..I guess I'll stop first by not being jumpy" She liked herself. She never wanted to change that.

Darkshadow smiled. "Their is no reason not to be exited, Sassykit. Just don't cause trouble."

Sassykit started to feel much better. Her stubby back legs jumped up and down happlily as her fore paws glided in the air. ~happy exied me!~ She smiled "okay, ill NEVER get into troube!"

Darkshadow sent a smile Sassykit's way.

She smiled brightly at her. "..never..." She thought that the promise would last forever!

Darkshadow crouched down beside Sassykit so that she was her length. "Do you want some early training?"

A RiverClan warrior was crouched by the side of the River. Waiting, it slashed out a paw, eager to catch a fish.
It whisked a trout from the water, and quickly killed it. It looked up to reveal a beautiful blue she cat.
"Hello." Came a melodic voice.

"Hello, Bluesky." Darkshadow mewed, her face silhouetted on the shadows. She stepped forward to reveal her glistening eyes and shiny pelt. "Sassykit, this is my half-sister, Bluesky. She is a RiverClan warrior, allso known as killers- not to mention greedy fish snobs." She laughed before giving Sassykit a small nudge on the shoulder. "When a warrior speak's to you, don't be afraid to respond." She whispered, only allowing Sassykit to hear.

She groaned and rolled her eyes. "Now when did I last here something come from that mouth that was nice. Eh?"

Darkshadow laughed. "Don't take it to personaly, Bluesky. RiverClan cat's have all ways been a bellyfull more of food then a ThunderClan cat. Maybe that is why you were so slow at the battle." She meowed, grinning.
