Light's Look Around

"Hello Any one here?' said lightkit shyly

"Yup." Sandkit said.

Mistpelt padded into the nursery then. "Yes, there are plenty of cats here," she replied. She sat down next to her, laying her tail neatly over her paws. "What's your name, little one?" she asked.

"Lightkit!!" said lightkit proudly

Mistpelt purred. "Nice to meet you, Lightkit." She looked over at Sandkit. "You two getting along?" she asked, a smile on her face.

"so far so good"

"Yes Mistpelt." Sandkit said.

"Good to hear. You two will probably be together in the apprentice den too, so it's good that you get along," she meowed. Mistpelt licked her chest fur, then asked, "Have you met anyone else in the Clan yet?"

"Yeah." Sandkit said.

"Cool" said lightkit knowing that she would have someone she knew when she becomes a apprentice

Flamepaw walked in and laid down next to Mistpelt. "Hello, Mistpelt, Sandkit, and Lightkit." He stared at the white kit for a little while then looked away.

"Hello Flamepaw" said Lightkit as she started to lay down

Flamepaw smiled at the white kit. "How was your day?"

"Fine," said Lightkit " And How is yours?"

"Very nice so far, thank you for asking."
