Chillin' in the Apprentices' Den

Bramblepaw padded into the aprrentices den with Rainpaw. It had been a great day for him.

Rainpaw padded in behind Bramblepaw and walked over to where she usually slept and lied down with a sigh. She began licking her paw tiredly.

Bramblepaw went to where he usually slept which was next to her. He yawned then sighed, "That was a fun hunt. We caught something. It was sort of tiring though." he mewed

"Mm-hmm," Rainpaw mewed, still licking her paws. She then looked around the den and said, "I wonder where Bubblepaw is."

"He's probably with Gracestep." he said playfully. He then started to groom himself.

"Yeah, probably," Rainpaw laughed. Looking to start a conversation, she asked Bramblepaw, "So, how's your training going?"

"Good, yours?" he asked then started licking his paws.

"It's been good. I just finished my Battle training, but my hunting still needs some work. Have you taken your assessment yet?" Rainpaw mewed curiously.

"We are finishing up." he mewed in between licks.

"Mmm," Rainpaw stared at nothing in particular, with a distracted look in her eyes. "I can't wait to become a warrior," she finally mewed.

"Neither can I" he mewed. Maybe then I could ask you to be my mate. he thought

This time, Rainpaw began to look nervous as a disturbing thought came over her. "Bramblepaw?" she mewed in a timid voice. "Do you think Riverclan will attack us again?"

ooc: XD yeah

Bramblepaw stopped licking his paws remembering. He then looked at his shoulder where he got his wound that had now healed. "Sleepystar will do anything to get his paws on the whole forest as you saw at what he said in the gathering. Hopefully he won't. Besides if he does attack again i'll be right next to you the whole time." he mewed then gave her ear a comforting lick.

Rainpaw gave a little purr as Bramblepaw licked her ear. "Well," she began, "maybe by the time they attack again, we'll both be warriors. Then we'll show them what happens when they mess with Skyclan," she said with a laugh.

Bramblepaw also laughed, "Yeah.....hopefully." he mewed
