Why didn't I post this earlier? ;3; I'm so dumb~
Anyways, since most of the characters are already taken up, we of the staff are willing to give some of ours to new members, depending on who it is. You also may use your NationStates country's OC, which is one of the many unique twists I've validated recently. Here, you are all entitled to your own mini-plots, as long as they stay within the rules, and yes, you can swear all you want (but absolutely no racial or sexist jibes).
